Talgarth Festival is an annual event organised and run by around 20 volunteers. In 2009 the event will be held on 29 and 30 August. One of the organisers, Adam Price. told us more about the event:
"This year, Talgarth Festivals 13th year, will host a full continental market, offering a huge variety of foods and products. To add to this theme there will be a fancy dress parade by local youths displaying continental outfits.
The 2009 Crickhowell Walking Festival was again a great success with over 750 walkers taking part in over 50 walks and events. The 2010 festival will be from 27th February to 7th March.  

 
Food and art lovers can rejoice because Brecon Beacons National Park Authority’s Catering Manager, Andrew Powell has had little time to ride his motorbike this summer. You may ask what this has to do with the price of ½ dozen Welsh eggs? But spare time is exactly what you need when organising one of the biggest Summer Fayres in Wales. For release 29th July 2009
