1. Terms. Prices are for seven nights self-catering accommodation for the cottages as described and equipped.

2. Confirmation of Booking. On receipt of 25% deposit, confirmation of booking will be provided, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to visit. For bookings made within the 4 week period, full payment is required. Cheques should be made payable to Mr. G. E. Pritchard or please telephone to pay by debit card.

3. Number in Party. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of those listed on the booking form and is a maximum of two. Sub-letting is not permitted.

4. Arrival/Departure. On the day of arrival, guests are welcome to arrive after 4:00p.m. and all accommodation must be vacated by 12:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. Your adherence to this is required to ensure the high standard of servicing of the cottages.

5. Cancellation. So long as notice of cancellation is received not less than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period, you will not be liable to pay any outstanding balance. However, if cancellation is notified within 4 weeks of the commencement date of the rental, you will be liable to pay the full balance, unless we are successful in re-letting. We recommend guests consider Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

6. Care Of Property. Guests undertake to take good care of the property and to leave it in similar order as found on arrival. An inventory check will be made at the end of each rental with appropriate payment to be made for breakages and unreasonable damage to the fabric. A deposit against damage of £250.00 is payable by cheque, which will be presented, at the same time as payment of the balance.

7. Liabilities. We are unable to accept liability for loss or damage to guest’s property or for personal injury. Cars parked on the premises are at the owner’s risk.
